Crisis Support & Intervention

Sometimes the most important call is the one you make at the worst possible moment — when a loved one has relapsed, when someone isn't answering their phone, when you don't know whether to call 911 or wait and see. Those moments don't follow a schedule and they shouldn't have to wait for the next available appointment.

Common Ground Recovery Partners offers crisis consultation when it matters most, providing calm, knowledgeable guidance to help families and individuals figure out the right next step — without panic and without judgment. With years of frontline crisis response experience working alongside police, social services, emergency medical teams, and city agencies, our team knows how to navigate complex, multi-system situations and get people the right help as quickly as possible

Who we work with:

  • Families managing an acute relapse or emergency situation and unsure how to respond

  • Individuals in distress who need immediate support and guidance

  • Organizations dealing with a crisis involving a staff member or community member

  • Referral partners who need a trusted resource for clients in acute need

We work with individuals and families primarily in Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs on the Main Line.

Treatment navigation & warm hand-offs

This service is not a substitute for emergency medical services. If someone's life is in immediate danger, call 911 first.

Crisis intervention & on-site response

Direct, in-person intervention when a situation requires immediate presence. Our team has spent years navigating complex crisis alongside emergency and other social services teams — he knows how to de-escalate, advocate, and get people the help they need.

Family guidance & follow-up

Support for families before, during, and after a crisis. We help you figure out how to respond without enabling or escalating, how to hold boundaries with compassion, and how to build a plan that reduces risk going forward.
